Which grape do we use?
Cabernet Franc is a medium to high-vigor variety that adapts quite easily to different conditions. Its bunches vary in size from small to medium, leaner, with oval-shaped grains of different sizes arranged in the same bunch. They have thick skins and a bright and uniform blue-black color.
Pairing Tips
Cabernet Franc pairs well with grilled red meats. The presence of tannins in the wine helps cut through the fat in the meat, while the fruity and herbaceous flavors complement the flavor of the meat.
